Your booking includes our Full Insurance package with No Deposit, No Excess Fees and No Credit Card Required. This means you can enjoy your rental with complete peace of mind. The following coverages are included:

• Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW): Provides full coverage for collision damages and other vehicle-related injuries, with no extra charges;
• Theft Waiver (TW): Offers complete protection in case the rental car is stolen;
• Windshield Damage Cover (WDC): Ensures protection against windshield damages;
• Tyre Damage Cover (TDC): Covers all tyre damages, without additional fees.

Fuel and Parking charges.

Although our Full Insurance coverage is comprehensive, please note that it excludes certain situations, such as driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, misfuelling, traffic or parking fines, and the loss of keys or car documents.

Returns through the website concerning cancellation of reservations will be processed in accordance with the following rules:

• Up to 3 days before the start date of the rental, a refund of 100% of the value (less fees) will be issued.
• Less than 3 days before the start date, a refund of 50% of the value (less fees) will be issued.
• 24 hours or less before the reservation, no refund will be issued.
• Despite the provisions stated above:
  • If your flight is cancelled, you will receive a refund of 100% of the value (excluding any fees).
