Every booking includes our Full Insurance package, which means:

• Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW): full coverage for collision damage with no extra charges

• Theft Waiver (TW): complete protection in case of theft

• Windshield Damage Cover (WDC): protection against windshield damage

These exclusions are standard across car rentals and are listed clearly to avoid any surprises:

• Fuel costs, parking fees and any traffic or parking fines
• Loss of keys or car documents
• Misfuelling: petrol/gasoline only (diesel not covered)

• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Driving on unpaved or off-road surfaces (only suitable for 4×4 vehicles)

We know travel plans can change — that’s why our cancellation rules are simple, transparent, and fair:

• Free cancellation up to 3 days before rental start (minus transaction fees)
• Between 72h and 24h before pickup → 50% refund
• Less than 24h before → full charge applies

✈️ Flight cancelled? Don’t worry – you’ll still receive a full refund (excluding fees).
